Either that, or there is more to the Reaper than meets the eye. I am guessing it has poor periphial vision, or else I had a fair bit of dumb luck on my side. I guess it 'lost sight' of me due to my panic induced side step maneuver caused it to charge past, and so wandered off, not realizing I was panicing just a few meters away from its tail. Turns out the Reaper Leviathan is about 3x longer than my model, but I figured it has more of a Cetacean bodyshape than a seaserpent so a stubbier body would be okay. so Im gonna slice it into easily managable segments over the next few days. I evaded the Reaper once and had it actually just turn around after I simply 'side stepped' its charge, with me maneuvering so when it was turned around I was not there anymore, then it just left. Subnauticas Reaper Leviathan (Stubby Ver) thingiverse. Side step the threat, and let the charge attack 'overshoot' you. So you do the one thing that would have killed the drama of the boulder scene in the one Indiana Jones movie. The Reaper cannot turn that fast or tight from what I have seen. It can move foreward, backwward, up, down, left and right. The player can not exit the Seamoth until the Seamoth is released or is destroyed. It will instantly release a Seamoth if the player briefly activates its Perimeter Defense System, if equipped. I avoid them like the plague now.)ĭon't forget, the Seamoth has 6 degrees of mobility. Reaper Leviathans are able to grab the Seamoth, dealing constant damage until it explodes or the Reaper releases it after about 10 seconds. I usually have the Seamoth take 40% damage from a Reaper (this was a few versions back, before farming. The perimeter defense also works against the Reaper from what I have heard.
